WebTV of the 7th OECD World Forum on Well-being – Dissemination on REVERS-ED
The REVERS-ED project was highlighted at the 7th OECD World Forum on Well-being, through the participation of Tiziana Chiappelli, a member of the REVERS-ED Consortium. Tiziana Chiappelli, PhD, is a lecturer of Intercultural Communication, Gender Studies, and Multicultural Education. As an experienced researcher on national and international projects, she has mainly investigated the processes of socio-cultural inclusion and exclusion of minorities, focusing on migrants, gender and cultural differences, educational systems, and active citizenship processes.
During the forum, held from November 4 to 6 in Rome, Tiziana participated in the live broadcast of the event’s Web TV, where she spoke about “Gender equity and well-being.” In her intervention, Tiziana mentioned both the REFUGE-ED and REVERS-ED projects, highlighting the participatory and dialogical methodologies used to reverse inequalities.
The forum, broadcasted from the Auditorium Parco della Musica, offered live coverage of the events, allowing those who could not attend in person to participate virtually. The recording of Tiziana’s intervention and other key moments of the forum will be available on the event’s website: https://www.oecd-wellbeing-forum2024.mef.gov.it.
Tiziana’s participation in the “Snapshots from Academia” segment was an opportunity to present her work and the projects she is involved in, emphasizing the relevance of gender equity and well-being in the context of education and social inclusion. This forum has been a relevant platform to disseminate the advances and upcoming results of the REVERS-ED project, contributing to the global discussion on well-being and equity through education.
